[comp.sys.dec] disk formatter for rqdx1 controller

Does a disk formatting program for the RQDX1 controllers running on
a Micro PDP-11 exist.  I am looking for something that may be in the
public domain that is similar to the DEC ZRQB?? diagnostic programs.  
I desperately need to reformat a RD51 and RD52 disk drive on such a system.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
