[comp.sys.dec] VAX 8820-Wollongong TCP/IP Perfomance question.

A friend asked me if I would post a problem he is having with a
VAX 8820 to see if anyone else has something similar. The system
is running VMS 5.1 with Wollongong's TCP/IP package version 3.2. He
has 4 separate ethernet links heading into this box and is having
some extreme performance problems. Has anyone else tried this many
links into one box before? Is this simply a problem of the 8820 being
underpowered? Can the Wollongong package handle this much potential 
traffic? Inquiring minds want to know.
