Can somebody out there explain to me the difference between DEC 5000/120 and DEC 5000/200? There is a large difference in price, but the brochures I have does not explain the difference. Thanks. Lars, In regards to your question on the system variants, I'm afraid that we are only allowed to discuss the attributes of announced product models. Sorry. I don't think I can comment on why (yet) -- but there are a limited number of ways to create a "price leader" version of a product, you should be able to make a pretty good guess. Of course, I can neither confirm nor deny the existance of the 5000/120. -- John Hascall An ill-chosen word is the fool's messenger. I have seen the price list for DS5000/200 and DS5000/100, 120, 125. Why couldn't DEC people give out info when the customers like us already have the prices for them? -- Bill Wang US Mail = Psychology Department, Indiana University, Bloomington, IN 47405 UUCP = {rutgers, att, ames}!iuvax!wcwang Internet = wcwang@iuvax.cs.indiana.edu

You should be able to get it under non-disclosure. It seems perfectly reasonable that they don't want to have random employees giving out (partial) information early.
