fourth DAC may be used as 12-bit DAC or as 8-bit DAC
plus 4 digital output lines

WHAT I NEED: a data acquisition board from DEC
AXV11-C analog I/O board

I inherited the Data Translation boards which were bought for a different
project [which got scrubbed :-(]. I am using DEC's VAXlab software library
which doesn't support these particular boards (in case you were wondering why
I'm not using them).
