We are installing a bunch of DECstations and all is well except the man command. We have a number of Sun workstations and a large /usr/local/man directory structure. As far as I can tell from the man pages there is no way to get Ultrix man to search both the normal man directories and my local directories. At this point I have an alias, 'lman' which using the -P option to specify the local man pages, but I need a better solution. We have looked around and can't find either a way to get Ultrix's man command to do what we want or a better man command. If have a solution to either of these problems, please send me mail.
