[comp.sys.dec] DCL to Unix migration tools?

	I have a user here who would like to migrate his software from
VAX/VMS to Unix platforms(not necessarily DEC).  The problem is that he
has a lot of stuff written in DCL.  What sort of tools are out there 
for converting from DCL programs to things a Unix box would understand?
