  The normal settings are:

E106 (toward the I/O connector): 1   2   3   4   5   6   7   8   9   10
				 OFF OFF ON  ON  OFF OFF ON  ON  OFF ON
				 A12 A11 A10 A9  A8  A7  A6  A5  A4  A3

E69 (away from the connector):   1   2   3   4   5   6   7   8   9   10
				 ON  ON  ON  ON  ON  OFF ON  OFF ON  ON
				 TST B1  B2  V8  V7  V6  V5  V4  V3  V2

TST = loop selftest if OFF
B1, B2 = bootstrap option (PDP-11 only, ON/ON disables)
Ax,Vx = Off responds to a 1, On responds to a 0
