Hi. I've seen ads for the "Red Box" direct box/cabinet simulators. It's suppose take a direct sound and simulate a sound comming out of a 4x12 speaker cabinets. It sells for $100 or so. It seems to me all it's doing is a simple filtering. Now, I don't think it should cost $100 to make this simple filter to simulate a cabinet. Does anyone have any schematics to make this filter? I'm not a EE so I could be wrong in making this assumtion. If I am, could someone please let me know. Is it worth it to make one at home or just spend the $100? Thanks for any info, -- AMIGAMIGAMIGAMIGAMIGAMIGAMIGAMIGAMIGAMIGAMIGAMIGAMIGAMIGAMIGAMIGAMIGAMIGAMIGAMIG J @@ jol@sei.cmu.edu // U \/ (412) 268-7602 \\ // N LEE SEI, Carnegie Mellon University \X/
