This call for votes supersedes my original posting of April 27th. The paragraph following the voting instructions ("The voting format....") has been added to clarify the vote. To vote for the new group, rec.music.industrial: To vote YES, e-mail drdave@buhub.bradley.edu. The Subject: header should read 'YES for rec.music.industrial'. The body of the note should read "I vote YES for rec.music.industrial", followed by your Internet address on the following line. To vote NO, e-mail drdave@buhub.bradley.edu. The Subject: header should read 'NO for rec.music.industrial'. The body of the note should read "I vote NO for rec.music.industrial", followed by your Internet address on the following line. The voting format given above is mostly for my benefit to simplify tabulation. Any non-ambiguous votes not matching the above format exactly WILL still be counted. Rec.music.industrial is for the discussion of all industrial-related music styles, including traditional industrial (i.e. Einstuerzende Neubaten, Throbbing Gristle, Cabaret Voltaire, etc.), dance-industrial ('cyberpunk' i.e. Ministry, Skinny Puppy, Front 242, Foetus, etc.) and hard techno music (i.e. Kraftwerk, etc.).
