I've just sent a set of MIDI utilities off the the moderator of comp.binaries.mac. These contain source code (assembler and C), an assembled module (.REL), and Lightspeed C project for doing MIDI communications, transmitting messages, and merging MIDI output with keyboard (or whatever) through-put. If these don't appear in your local corner shop, drop me a line and I'll mail them to you.
