Help! While trying to back up my Korg M1's memory (using the DUMP ALL function) to a sysex recorder on my Amiga, I forgot that I had a MIDI echo program running at the same time and it seems to have echoed the sysex info back to the M1 resulting in the recorder program repeatedly overwriting the original data with a 6 byte garbage file and the M1 having *no* patches or sequence data! Luckily, everything was pretty well factory presets and demos since I'm new at this. But, it's basically a hunk of plastic with a keyboard at the moment..... Can someone please dump their M1's data into a MIDI file and mail it to me? I'd prefer not to have to take it into the shop. Also, if anyone has any suggestions as to which Amiga program(s) are useful and reliable for storing my M1's data (or even editing patches!) please make them! Thanks in advance!
