I'm looking for a book on programming the Roland D-110. I have the user's manual that came with it; it's pretty poor. I'm also looking for a book on basic synthesis techniques (creating and editing patches) in the analog paradigm. Perhaps there's one book that combines both. Can anyone recommend any titles? I've seen some in the MIX Bookshelf, but I'd like some recommendations (positive or negative) from the net.
