Played NH 2.2 the other night as the wizard (-D), and ran into some problems
with blindness and the blindfold. Most of the problems occured AFTER eating a
Floating Eye. Sometimes it'd forget that I had the blindfold on, (seemed to
happen after fighting some monsters or after going down a stairs) sometimes it
would just plain get confused about whether I was blind, blindfolded, healed,
or cured. (quaffing blindness potions, quaffing extra healing potions, putting
on/taking off the blindfold, or doing something that would cause blindness:
bad Xranscribe, bad prayer, etc.) "Cure blindness" spells always solved the
problem. Something related to this might be never showing the blindfold as
"(being worn)". I don't have time right now to track this down, (and won't
until after the holidays) so I am posting in hopes of giving someone else, who
does have the time, a place to start looking. Please post the fix when found.
