[comp.sources.bugs] pathalias

	I wonder if I have the latest version of pathalias?  The declaration
	of links that are dead doesn't seem to work.

	If declared in the input file as "dead {host}" or from the argument
	line as "-d host" the actual cost of the host as declared in the
	input file overides this.

	I have version 9, dated 10/87.  Have I missed an update/bug fix?
