Here's some fixes for a few minor bugs in mush:
1) Typo which would cause fortunes to fail (actually made my compiler barf).
2) Typo stopped `preserve' menu item working in mushtool.
3) mushtool could get stuck in an infinite loop of twisty little signal
handlers.
Feed this to patch.
