chip@tct.uucp (Chip Salzenberg) (03/22/90)
When I posted Deliver 2.0 patches 7-9, many people who had missed the earlier patches wanted copies by mail. I realized that these requests would never end, so I asked for an archive site. The chosen victim -- er, volunteer -- is Karl Kleinpaste of Ohio State University. Deliver 2.0 is now part of the OSU archives. See comp.sources.d for Karl's periodic "Getting files from the OSU archives" article -- it might still be in your spool directory. Here is the short version for those who have FTP access: Get Deliver 2.0 PL9 by anonymous FTP from tut.cis.ohio-state.edu. Here's the relevant part of the Ohio State archive info: Deliver 2.0 ----------- Source is Chip Salzenberg <ateng!tct!chip@uunet.uu.net>. Root is ~/deliver/deliver-2.0-part-[1234].Z [4 parts], varying sizes less than 25Kbytes each. Note that "~" is the anonymous FTP "pub" directory. So, after making an FTP connection as user "anonymous," type the following commands to get Deliver 2.0: binary cd pub/deliver mget deliver-2.0-* -- Chip Salzenberg at ComDev/TCT <chip%tct@ateng.com>, <uunet!ateng!tct!chip> "The Usenet, in a very real sense, does not exist."
