[comp.sources.bugs] defect in 13-Dec-1990 patch

Argh.  There was a line-number botch in the 13-Dec-1990 patch.  It is
thoroughly harmless -- patch will simply balk at making a change in
a comment in newsspool.c -- but it's a nuisance.  I have sent out a
cancel on the original patch and posted a corrected version.

For those who want to know who to blame, we've recently put the C News
distribution and patches under RCS rather than the ad-hoc scheme we used
before, and the inability to turn the RCS keyword expansion off is proving
to be a serious headache.

For those who are real patch enthusiasts, here's a patch for the patch (!):
