Recently I've been having *EXTREME* delays in Area code 303 when calling a particular site. From what I understand they just finished changing their modems and software to support MNP protocol. Unfortunately UUCP isn't too forgiving when it comes to delays. I am constantly failing do to alarm's and BAD READ's. Does anyone have any idea on how to correct this? I know going through Telenet there are inherent delays, but I haven't had trouble like this before. In fact I have about 30 other sites all through PCP and they aren't causing me any headaches :-( Telenet has certain parameters I can set using the "SET and PAR" commands. Is anyone familiar with these and setting the one to increase the window size will that help? Or will that hurt more!? Any suggestions/solutions/etc? -Lenny -- ============================ US MAIL: Lenny Tropiano, ICUS Computer Group IIIII CCC U U SSSS PO Box 1 I C C U U S Islip Terrace, New York 11752 I C U U SSS PHONE: (516) 968-8576 [H] (516) 582-5525 [W] I C C U U S AT&T MAIL: ...attmail!icus!lenny TELEX: 154232428 IIIII CCC UUU SSSS UUCP: ============================ ...{uunet!godfre, harvard!talcott}!\ ...{ihnp4, boulder, mtune, bc-cis, ptsfa}! >icus!lenny "Usenet the final frontier" ...{cmcl2!phri, hoptoad}!dasys1!/
