I would like to know what type of electronic mail systems people around the country are using in and between offices. Are you using a centralized or distributed facility, single vendor or multivendor product? Can you recommend a product for a variety of Operating Systems? Is what you are using working well or are people getting tired of E-mail because it is too cumbersome? Do you have things like library access and meeting announcements integrated in with your mail system or are they completely distinct? Do you have graphical objects (i.e., multimedia) handled in your mail)? Are your mail archiving facilities adequate?
