[comp.mail.misc] Has email been ported to PRIMOS?

A friend is at a small college served by a Prime 2000 (?) running
PRIMOS.  A student there had written an email package that they
had been using to send and receive mail to and from other universities,
but the student has left & the package has died with no hope of
recovery.  Does anyone know of a public-domain mailer that has been
ported to PRIMOS?  Please respond via email as I do not normally
subscribe to this group.  Any help would be greatly appreciated...
