[comp.mail.misc] e-mail out of EUO piscataway

	This should be easy compared to wanting e-mail to Oslo.

	 A colleague works at the End User Org. AT+T in Piscataway
(Mail code is building C50)
	When he turns on his computer it comes up in UNIXr
	He can receive mail from me, I just enter
	mail attmail!           then his name 

	He doesn't get a ?   after the end of my message such that
all he has to do is enter "r" to reply.

	all attempts to mail to me have either just plain failed, or
come back "user unknown"

	Any ideas, especially from someone in that facility, on how 
to get mail up here?
