Howdy. I am currently using PC Pursuit and GT Powercom on my 286 box
here at school to talk with Agora. I want to set up UUPC to work
through/with PC Pursuit for my own use as well as to gain the experience
of using it in order to connect our University up to the net using the
same type of setup in the near future.
I know that all that is probably required for this is to play with UUPC's
"L.sys" file to get it to recognize PC Pursuits existance but I figured
that someone out there has already done it and I saw no use in re-inventing
the wheel, so to speak (I've got enough to do already).
So if there is anyone out there who has any experience doing things like
this I would appreciate knowing just how you did it, any trouble you might
have run into trying to get it to work and any other advice you could give me.

At the risk of having 100 people flame me for not having the "best" answer, here are three things to evaluate. If you system has a Dialers (or Modemcap) file, or any similar file which describes how to dial the modem, add the appropriate things to make PCP work. This may not be feasible depending on just how you PCP reacts. If your system allows you to write custom dialers in C (like Xenix) you can do virtually anything in the way of dialing.
