There is an unknown failure plaguing us right now. Our connections
to both BITNET & SURANet (and thence to ArpaNet) are both down, these
are both in another building and are controlled by other people so
I don't have my hands in the fixing of this so I don't know exactly
what is being done or how long it will take...
This should get out through our uunet connection ...
