I would appreciate any assistance anyone might be able to lend in helping me to communicate with someone at Apple in the Bay area. My brother works there and I know his mail name, but all he knows is that he is on applelink. Does anyone know how I might address mail so that it shows up at his terminal? How would he addres mail from applelink to get here to me? My appologies if these are total novice questions.
