[comp.mail.misc] Information on Dutch email sites

I am inquiring for a friend of mine who has been visiting the states
and will be returning to Holland soon.  He would like to know where
he might be able to get an account on a system having internet or
BITNET capabilities, esp. to send mail to the states.  If you can
provide any information about sites at either Delft or Leiden, it
would be very much appreciated.
