jdrew@CS.UOREGON.EDU (09/27/89)
I recently received mail from someone at: name%vesta.UUCP@mcnc.org Unfortunately, the message was cut off before the end, and I have been unable to get back through to him (or her), because of some sort of a path fault. mcnc.org does not seem to wish to connect me to vesta, and netihe (oops, neither) does uunet. Any suggestions? The person doesn't have netnews access, either, so I can't contact him/her through that tried and true (but costly) method. Please e-mail me any comments. Thanks. *********************** Jim Drew (aka Crd. Xin) "Just how long do you expect to live jdrew@cs.uoregon.edu young man, eating nothing but preservatives?" she asked in a self-superior tone. You could just try sending to name@vesta.uucp and let your favorite gateway try and figure it out. -- Nick Donaldson Bitnet - Ndonald@UOFMCC or NetNorth Domain-style - Ndonald@ccm.umanitoba.ca or On our Unix box - Ndonald@ccu.umanitoba.ca
