We are getting ready to switch from getting our domained mail from uunet to getting it directly from the Internet. We do not want to talk to our Internet gateway via SMTP, and have configured a TCP UUCP connection which works just fine. What I would like to have happen is that all mail in our domain go via UUCP to our internal mail machine, and all other mail should use the nameserver to figure out where to send it to. (I already have a sendmail.cf that does most of this, but we don't have the nameserver yet, so it just sends all nonlocal mail to our "forwarding host".) What's the best version of sendmail to use, and does anyone have a nice sendmail.cf that I could use as a starter? -- David Elliott dce@smsc.sony.com | ...!{uunet,mips}!sonyusa!dce (408)944-4073 "...it becomes natural, like a third sense." -- Homer Simpson
