[comp.mail.misc] Can't deliver in Colorado state

      I got a letter with the address c213ta%cis%business@vines.ColoState.EDU.
When i try to reply the letter gets back from Colorado with the message
 "recipient not found ".

Anyone can come back with a solution ?
