I'm constantly amazed at the number of my contacts that know they have a USENET address, but don't know what it is! They never use it, then they forget it - most of them are managers, instead of programmers, so it's not a daily essential for them, I guess. I know there's a way to get a site to identify itself automatically, but is there a way to get a site to tell you the net addresses of its users? "Managing UUCP and USENET" mentions the command "who", but only in passing - I'm not sure about its usage syntax, or if this is what it'll do. I'm sure this is a touchy question security-wise, but I've also read that it's a function that the sysop can lock out if necessary. Note that I'm running UUPC 1.06 from an XT clone, so there's a lot of UNIX functions that I don't have. Advthanks!!
