[comp.mail.misc] need news/mail feed in Tampa fl. area

 don't know if this is right group to post this in, if not let me know 
where i sould post such a request.
I am looking for a news and mail feed near the tampa fl. area.
I will need this feed starting sometime after october 1 1990.
If you know of anyone that can supply such a feed, or if you can suggest any other solution
except subscribing to uunet (to expensive right now) 
please let me know.
