[comp.mail.misc] E-Mail & News access from Taiwan wanted.

I have been asked by a friend in TAIWAN for help in getting access
to e-mail and net news.

Does anyone konw of a contact site or orgainzation in Taiwan that
could provide such facilities.

Usage would be low volume dial up access.
