Has anyone hacked Berkeley Mail ("/usr/ucb/Mail") so that
it accepts RFC822 quoted-string syntax
(e.g. "Matti Meikalainen"@somecompany.fi).

Bleah, yuk, /usr/ucb/Mail is an ugly program internally. Mush looks much nicer internally... and offers the same user interface. Therefore if'n you have to hack in quoting of the local-part it'd be much easier to do it to mush .. (or maybe it's already there?)
