Hello!
I'm looking for a document that has all of the 2 character country codes
in it. My question is two fold:
1) can anyone e-mail me one.
2) is there anywhere (a list, ftp site, etc.) that I can get updates from.

character codes used in domain addressing, or at least in the names
of the map files?

They are only used in the names of the map files, not in domain addressing. I wonder why the maps aren't issued with names from the *two*-letter set, so that one doesn't need a lookup table to see which registered two-letter domain has hosts in which three-letter file. That makes it a four-letter effort.
