Deliver 2.0 patchlevel 12 is the current version. I *still* haven't
updated the archive servers with patch 12. If you get patch 11 from
them, let me know and I'll E-Mail patch 12.
It's not PD, but it's freely redistributable.

uucp alfred!~/ANON/deliver/deliver.02.Z .
uucp alfred!~/ANON/deliver/deliver.03.Z .
uucp alfred!~/ANON/deliver/deliver.04.Z .
Note that wildcards ("deliver.??.Z") will *not* work.
