[comp.mail.misc] IS THERE ANY SIMPLE WAY TO SEND A CC OF ALL MAIL TO YOURSELF FROM ELM????

I KEEP FORGETTING TO EDIT THE CC HEADER AND WOULD LIKE TO DO SOMETHING EASIER.

In Elm you have the option of Customizing your set-up The option that you
are particulally wanting to use is:

savemail This is where outgoing mail will have a copy
silently saved. This will only be used if
the copy flag is turned on. Also note that
if the savename feature is enabled then this
filename may be ignored since the program
first looks for a mailbox that has the same
name as the login of the person you're
sending to, using that instead if found.
	       Default is $HOME/mbox.

<< The Above Configuration option is one of many things you can save into
    your elmrc file >>

NOTE: The elmrc should be located at : $HOME/.elm/elmrc.

IF YOU OR ANY ONE ELSE NEEDS THE MAN PAGES FOR ELM I WILL BE POSTING THEM
SOON AFTER FINISHING THIS POST. Because on our campus we have many machines
running Elm and only two of them have the Man pages (don't ask me why-?).

HOPE THIS HELPS

Recently, I asked about this very same problem. Though I receive mail
on one machine, I send mail from several machines. I would like to
keep a copy of my sent mail all on one machine. So, I figure I can
just add a Bcc: header to ~/.elm/elmheaders and use the elm filter on
my mail machine to process all mail sent from myself to my =sent
folder. (Also, I don't like the savename feature -- I'd like to keep
all of my mail sent in one place, rather than helter-skelter in
various folders along with received mail.)

Again, is there any way to implement what the original poster wants?
Something akin to a set record in a .mailrc?
