Please do not post Uniterm 1.6g to the net. This is almost 150k worth
of uuencode.

If you've read the latest Arbitron statistics in news.groups, you'll see
that comp.sys.atari.st and comp.sys.amiga rank near the top of the list of
"most expensive newsgroups". As a result, the net.powers.that.be are
apparently considering making both these groups moderated, which would
NOT be a very good thing.

I have Uniterm 1.6g, and am distributing it on a SS disk through the
postal system for $3 US (or $4 Canadian money). The disk also contains
MonST, ETERNAL RAM disk, ARC, custom formatter utility, and uudecode/encode.

This disk is also being distributed by James Turner in California, Rob DeMillo
in Rhode Island, and (I think) Joel Plutchak (except they may only have
version 1.6e, I just got 1.6g myself and have sent it to them as of today).
An announcement concerning this SnailMail distribution was made about a week
ago, please consult it for details and addresses.

Future disks are planned as well (Moshe Braner's utilities with source, and
VIX/TVX in the near future, thanks to Moshe Braner and Bruce Wampler).

So please remember that for very large programs there are alternatives to
posting uuencode, which are more economical and less likely to displease
the wrong people. These alternatives include BBSs, ST user groups, John
Franco's STarter Kit, and of course our SnailMail distribution.

Now if someone would only remind the person who posted Uemail in 12 huge
parts about things like this...
