[net.unix-wizards] UNIX for IBM PC

Tom@UCL-CS.ARPA (06/16/84)

Hi folks,
Does anyone know if there's a UNIX for the IBM PC. If
so where would I get hold of it.

                Thanks
                        Tom Daniel

IBM sells UNIX for the PC. Ask for product PC9.

I have in front of me a document on the "NCI COHERENT V7.1" which
is UNIX for an IBM PC. NCI stands for "Network Consulting Inc." and they give
their address as:

	Discovery Park,
	Suite 110
	3700 Gilmore Way
	Burnaby B.C.
	Canada
	V5G 4M1

	Phone: Sales = (604) 430-3466; Admin/Tech. = (604) 430-6448

Coherent is a trademark of Mark Williams Laboratories
Unix is still a trademark of Bell Labs
