The voting is over. As you can see by the lists below (appended to "certify" the vote), there are 178 "yes" votes in favor of creating a special binaries group for hypercard stacks and 38 "no" votes against the creation of the group. What that means is that, by 39 votes, you have approved the creation of the group. What comes next? Chuq - are you out there? What do we do now? Someone authorized to do so should create the group. Then, I suppose, you can start sending me your stacks ... You can't count the following votes because of unknown/incomplete/bad mail addresses. Some of these names match up with people at well known, stable, sites so it is surprising that you would have come up with so many bad mail addresses. But in any case, we need to be able to take a random sampling of the votes to make sure that the people involved really did vote the way in which they are being counted.
