|i'm curious in seeing if there is any interest in creating a subgroup of
|comp.databases for discussion about ashton tate's dbase product, dbase,
|for the microcomputer.

[wow! i'm quoting myself...how boring.]

well, lo and behold: i've got the cart in front of the horse. i
was hoping to *generate* interest in such a group but as its been
pointed out: there *is* no interest! [read: not enough traffic.]

i thought that by creating a group, we would have a very appropriate
place to discuss dbase, rather than upset all the comp.database
readers with a specific product. (i get sick of seeing people flamed
because their interests are "too specific" for a particular group.)

i just wanted a place to post questions, tips, traps, etc., about
dbase. i guess i'll have to stick with comp.databases.

sorry! and thanks for your input.
