[net.unix-wizards] What is supposed to be in <whoami.h>?

Our system didn't have a <whoami.h>, so I created one, trying to piece
together information from programs which include it.  Is there a
standard format for this file? Please post to the net, because I am
sure other sites don't have this information either.
