It's been drawn to my attention that the January 1989 arbitron data didn't get posted on February 1. I don't maintain news software here at decwrl any more, and the new news maintainer made some incompatible changes that broke my crontab scripts. I've updated various things and I'm testing now, but arbitron is very big and complex and can break in a lot of ways so it might be a day or two before I can reconstruct the results and post them.
