After a false start two weeks ago, I'm officially opening voting on the proposal for a new, unmoderated newsgroup, sci.aeronautics The emphasis of the group will (theoretically) be on human-factors, automation, safety, operations, airfoils, etc. If it is created, there will be a mailing list, for those without net access.
