Hello Gene! I need some help! I run a FIDONET board in Houston for my business....and have incorporated my hobby...genealogy <Jewish Research> as a part of the board. I am currently receiving four USENET Conferences which are being Gateway'd into FIDONET thru our approved Gateway....moray!texbell.... Thru some posts in both the Jewish Newsgroup and the Roots Newsgroup I have received many e-mail messages asking how they can get this conference and I asked my GATEWAY the procedure....I was told to pick up the Newsgroup Conference and put it out to a vote. The conference is called JEWISHGEN on FIDONET and I have over 40 boards participating throughout the world. It is specifically designed to share both query and research information for the Jewish Researcher... In reading the posts here....I am somewhat confused as to the procedure...a and am interested in having the conference Gateway'd from FIDONET to USENET and back so that your folks could participate with us as well. Any help on the procedural process would be very much appreciated! Thanks! Susan E. King
