Count this as a positive yes for sci.virtual-worlds. The idea of virtual worlds is becoming very important. There is already one conference on Cyberspace, and scientific visualization is becoming more important all the time. What is needed is more coordinated effort amongst the fields that comprise virtual-worlds. Since this is everything from cognitive psych to vlsi, a forum is an important requirment.
