Brad, Brad, Brad.  First you gripe because The Masses get to vote.
Then you gripe because The Masses don't read every group -- i.e.,
that a group's value is proportionate to its popularity.

Make up your mind, Brad: net.elitist or net.populist?

PS - Either way, your views on net policy don't make nearly
as much sense as what I understand your views on public
