Well, seems the more descriptive a name is, the better. Therefore.... This is an "official" call for discussion. I propose a new, moderated, newsgroup called "rec.audio.high-end". The purpose of the group is to publish, via USENET news, the digested mailing list "Info-High-Audio". The official charter of Info-High-Audio can be found in Spaf's "Publicly Accessible Mailing Lists" in news.lists; this message follows every issue of Info-High-Audio: ** The purpose of Info-High-Audio-Digest is to provide a forum for those who enjoy audio "on the fringe". Novice audiophiles are welcome to participate by asking questions which may be answered by more experienced participants in the field of high-end audio. Exchange of projects, ideas, recording and performance reviews are also welcome. ** When the discussion period ends, a vote will be taken. As before, if you have any questions, either post or mail them to me.
