As far as I can tell Rissa, Peter and Jay are the only ones who seem to be
interested in this anymore. Even Richard has shed his flames from this group.
Don't you think it is about time to let this whole issue die? Why don't the
three of you just take the entire thing to E-Mail and if you want the world to
know what happened, summerize!

To blow a old phrase... 'Stop beating a dead fish.' If the amount of bandwidth
that went into this single debate, for the last few months, were of a technical
nature and not the constant flames, the net would have been better off. The
votes have been taken. Richard got his newsgroup (which subsequently the
net.gods semi-obliterated through poor distribution) and now Peter has his
newsgroup (yes, I know it is not yours Peter, but you were the one to "force
the issue" on it). All said and done, it is over. Now lets just let it die and
move on.

Rissa, I know that you feel the methods used to achieve the newsgroup were, to
say the least, questionable. I feel that way on both. The vote fraud (ballot
box stuffing) on Richards made that vote a joke, and the poll that became a
vote is, in its own way, just as humerous, but... the deed be done.

Now with all that said (I do hope that this won't get me flamed) please direct
any responses to me via E-mail. And to Rissa, Peter and Jay... Please move to
E-mail, the issue seems to be important to the three of you only. Discuss it
amoung yourselves, and maybe, if you ever come to an agreement, summerize the
agreement on the net.
