After I had got bored of rmgroup-ing bogus newsgroups, I have changed c-news in order to get control over newgroup-ing. The modified newgroup mails the incoming 'newgroup' message to the news administrator. He/she has the possibility to keep the new group or to discard it. If the group is to be kept, the administrator has to forward the message to newgroup, which creates the group. If there are any articles for the new group in junk, they are picked up, removed from the history file and fed into inews. The thing is under testing. If you are interested to beta-test it, just make me know.
