[comp.sys.intel] Dual-Port RAM

Hello

I am currently a senior doing a senior project on Milti-Microprocessor
Communication.  I'm having a lot of trouble locating any Dual-Port RAM
memories.  The both ports of the Dual-Port memory must have a parallel
I/O bus, on-chip contingicy circuit and maximum of 150nS access time.
If anyone knows of any Dual-Port RAM chip...please let me know.
