Firstly, nomenclature: As I understand it, the official name for the chip, as
with others in the series, will be either Intel 80586, or i586. The i prefix
applies only to the shortened form of the number. Just being pedantic.

As to when it is released, that is easy: Five years before the release of the 
operation system designed to make use of it.
